Ag Engineering 100
NavNight is our weekly large group gathering on campus. Expect relevant messages taught from the Bible, prayer, musical worship, and a chance to meet people. If you are new to The Navigators, NavNight is a great way for you to come check out our group and see what we're all about!
Ag Engineering is the building due east of the Briggs Library and straight north from Weary Wil's in the Union! Room 100 is immediately to the left, as you enter the front doors. See the map on the right for reference! If you have a passion for prayer, the Prayer Team meets before NavNights at 7:15p, usually in Ag Engineering 108! |
Bible Study
As followers of Christ, we don't merely want to grow in Biblical knowledge, but also as disciples and examples of Jesus. We see this happening best in small groups that pursue the following goals together: 1) meeting weekly to study the Word and pray; 2) having community with one another, providing both encouragement and admonishment; 3) serving in various ways, utilizing the strengths God has provided.
Email sdstatenavs@gmail.com to be put in contact with the study leader! |
Discipleship
Seeking to be faithful to Jesus' call in the Great Commission to make disciples, it is our passion to personally invest in a generation of people who, in turn, desire to invest in others who will do the same. "What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also," (2 Timothy 2:2).
On any given day on campus, Navigators are engaging in one-on-one discipleship relationships, building each other up through time in the Scriptures, prayer, and sharing life together. To engage in this focused discipleship, consider joining a Bible Study or the Oaks student leadership team. Or, contact us! |
Community
We regularly do social events to build community and develop relationships, both with committed Navigators and non-Navigators. We want this community to be marked by true fellowship, encouragement, love, and truth. Over the course of your time here at SDSU, our hope is that you will make friends and memories that will last a lifetime!
Join our Facebook group or check out the calendar to receive up-to-date info on upcoming events! We also have an Instagram, and a page on the Jacks Club Hub. |

Oaks is our student leadership team, taking it's name from Isaiah 61:3 - the desire for our student leaders is for them to become Oaks of Righteousness, being strong in faith and courageous in advancing the Gospel. Students are being personally trained and equipped by the staff team to: 1) grow deeper in their walk with Jesus 2) learn to make disciples 3) serve in an area of the Navs ministry.
For most students, serving on Oaks means helping to lead a Bible Study, serving at NavNight, performing administrative tasks, or coordinating social events. If you wish to join Oaks, applications will be available later in the spring semester! |
